Precipitating incidents trigger change

The world is always ready for change. Change is inevitable. Controlling change is the key. Those who have power and make plans set the world on it's course and meet regularly to adjust the course. Many people feel left out and abandoned but as long as they are isolated, marginalized, divided, or eliminated the world keeps turning. Many plans are made for change and they may even be executed to compete against all the other planners. They reach an uneasy compromise of sharing power and eliminating the disempowered until the precipitating incident occurs. Like an earthquake it shakes the very foundations of society and all bets are off on who gains control. This triggers real change. Revolutionary change.
